Travel Pricing

I offer affordable pricing for the travel fee associated with being a mobile notary.

For those that are in a medical facility of some sort within Alachua County, such as UF Shands, North Florida, the VA, or any of our nursing homes, since they may already be experiencing unexpected financial costs, there is a discounted rate of only $20 for the travel fee.

For Alachua County in general, it is a flat rate of $30.

For outlying areas, I usually cover Marion, Levy, Dixie, Gilchrist, Baker, Bradford, Union, and Clay. The fee starts at $35 and will depend on the particular location within that area.

If you have multiple stops required, we can discuss and come to a reasonable agreement.

NOTARIZATIONS

The price of the notarization is $10 per stamp.

For weddings, the price of a basic officiation where I am performing the ceremony and notarizing the certificate is $30. If you are wanting a more involved wedding officiation and/or additional duties, we can discuss to hopefully reach a reasonable price.

For real estate closings/acting as a Notary Signing Agent, the price is typically going to be $125

For other assorted jobs and tasks, such as document printing, handling, delivery, and shipping, prices will be discussed and agreed to ahead of time.
